Anxiety: Is There a Natural Cure?

Anxiety is a mental disorder common to millions of people around the world.

According to the American Psychological Association, anxiety is “characterized by feelings of tension, worried thoughts and physical changes like increased blood pressure…sweating, trembling, dizziness or a rapid heartbeat.” 

Anxiety disorders can spring from different life events we all face from childhood through to the present day. The build-up of stress, fear and worry can heavily impact thought processes and eventually lead to overthinking.
